Xander is doing well. Last night he was incredibly hungry and this morning he is still eating reliably. I'm going to give the cerenia for at least another 2 days, still deciding on the mirataz frequency and whether I should give it a little more often while he gets through whatever he's recovering from.

He was very loving this morning, letting my fiance hug him and then sitting in my lap staring up at me while I work 😻

Awww, he's such a love bug giving all that love to you both! So lucky he's a sweetheart!

Happy to hear he's eating well, I think a good plan to keep the cerenia for a few days of support to help him over the bump this week.

Also, your mention of pill pockets has been a game changer. I'm not sure why I never thought about it before, but seeing it mentioned has saved a lot of that struggle.
 
He ate wonderfully today, so I ended up skipping mirataz this afternoon but tonight he is eating small meals/being picky about flavors. It looks like I may have to do a daily mirataz schedule for a little while 😟
