Bailey dropped low last night. As he did it I realized I gave him 3 drops instead of 2. Oops. Well no harm done.. he loves the HC food and comes running when I head to that cupboard. Today we played the food game at breakfast and now he is picking any crumbs off the floor. I also think the sneezing has calmed down which makes sense as we arent using the Gold Bond powder on Bobo any more.

Bonnie update:
No real change. She has a weak left back leg and drags it and falls over all the time. Cant do more than a few hops. She is likely too old (12 = 87 in human years) to learn to adapt. So she spends her day in bed eating and sleeping which isnt signicantly different from what she used to do for her anyway.Different for us since we need to change her bedding now instead of her litter tray. No big deal. She had developed urine scald but now we have the bedding sorted that seems to have resolved (touch wood).

However we too her to a different vet (closer) on Wednesday night to see about the urine scald as we were concerned then it might be infected (it wasn't). This new vet said she had pneumonia in her lungs (we thought we had cleared it - the old vet a week prior said it was gone!) and her liver is enlarged (prior vet didnt notice that?). They also suggested putting her to sleep. Again we said no since she is happy etc. Anyway we restarted the treatment for her lungs and have ordered milk thistle for the liver. I am a little confused as I am getting different opinions from 2 different vets and not sure who to believe but its doing no harm (just $) to treat for those. But like diabetes, many vets arent experts in rabbits, and those that are dont seem to be that great. I am still looking for a good one.
