Quick condo for Trix, who is being all snuggly and making it difficult for me to get up and get ready for work! We're not quite in the lagoon, but heading in the right direction. I guess she's being a little bouncy from yesterday's early start in the lagoon. I did have to give her Purina for breffis today, which is higher in phosphorous, since I'm out of the "low phosphorous sampler pack" I bought last week. I go fuds shopping after work tonight, so I'll restock with more, now that I have a better feel about what she likes, and about what her BGs like!

Morning Amy, it looks like Trixie is coming down from the bouncy. We are both doing the phosphorus experiments on our kitties with the fuds. That's a nice drop. I wouldn't be surprised if Trixie reaches the Green Lagoon. Have a nice day,

Hi Amy, its the same I shot Noni at low number yesterday and she was suddenly high, so your having the same thing with Trixie, hope you find the food your looking for, and good luck at work today , I thought its weekend ?!

Lots of time in the lagoon for Trix today! I'm hoping that her next reading gives me a nice flat green number...I am beat and would love to call it a night.

I got all sorts of new fuds today, including some BFF (Best Feline Friends) and Weruva flavors that - according to the charts - SHOULD be good for both her early stage renal deal and BGs. We'll see....

Hi Amy, wonderful day and lookling good for tonight, too. My local pet store gave me some sample cans of BFF. I'll be interested in seeing how Trixie likes it and also the other Wuerva. Hope you can get some rest tonight, if Trixie allows. I hope you made it to TJ's, too!

Oh yeah, I did make it to TJs to day, but it was basically an uninteresting "stock up" visit - except for more crumpets and a new thing I'd never tried before - basil hummus, which is quite basil-y, garlicky, and yummy!

We'll bust out the new fuds tomorrow and see what Miss Trix has to say. I suggested DH try BG Turkey tonight (I was out shopping at din din/shot time). She was not pleased. I pretty much figured that would be how it would work out, but I thought it was worth a shot...

There are new foods this week by Nutro. I was so happy with one of the old ones... 6% carbs Nutro Natural Choice Mature Health Chicken & Turkey Formula chunks in gravy at 204 phosphorus...

it's gone... but I talked to a customer rep yesterday... and she said she was calculating the carbs from the as fed numbers...
I would prefer someone here do that to believe it ... but she was claiming the new ones were very low carbs.... nutro senior line and if they stay in line with the old one above... I hope they will be low phosphorus.
My phone died so I didn't get to finish the conversation.
