3/23 Darcy PMPS 234, +2.5 218, +4 219

So far today, not too bad. I like the 260 at the +10.25 because he's done this without any mid-cycle R today (he only had R in the morning and I'll probably give it this evening depending on PMPS).

I spy a whole lot more yellows and a lot less reds (scrolling through SSs is a favorite pastime ). Paws crossed Mr. Darcy visits that blue beach again

PMPS of 234 and without mid-cycle R. His nadir today is at PMPS. More like a Levemir day. I wonder what will happen when we start Lev? Funny, he either usually nadirs around +6 or at the end of the cycle. Maybe just because he hasn't eaten since around +6?

staying really flat tonight, but in a kind of a good way. no food spikes... interesting. He ate at PMPS and +2.5 .... no spike.

Woo hoo! This is great news! Flatter numbers are why I really like Levemir so you’ll be happy when you start it. Howie’s nadirs are typically his PS but recently it’s been more around +10. Keep up the great work!

Thanks, that's good to know! I was looking at Howie's SS today. He's looking pretty good. He tried to go down in units of insulin... then up... then down a bit.... but the numbers really are quite good.

Yes, today was an odd day for him. He’s been so good at 39 units for so many cycles. I’m glad I worked from home today to catch these higher numbers and give a midday dose of R. I guess he’ll go back up to 43 units again tomorrow or else the antibodies will really kick in again.
