Here is yesterday numbers:

I just heard Bert heaving :sad:
He is not a cat that throws up a lot. This is the first time since we have started treating his diabetes.
He did not throw anything, but bile. He is not due for his shot till 7:00AM.
I fed him right before I went to bed last night at 11:45PM
He is acting hungry.
His BG right now is 383.

Should I be worried?

My cat sometimes does this in the wee hours of the morning.

I would break up his breakfast into a couple of smaller meals, and make sure he keeps it down. Are you going to be home today?

No not home today :YMSIGH:

I do not have to leave till 9:30AM
I have to come home around 1PM to let the dog out.

Bert may just be working on a hairball. I don't know if this is right, but if it were me, I think you could do his AMPS test, then feed and wait maybe 15 minutes to make sure he doesn't barf everything up, and then shoot.
Any additional thoughts anyone? Please correct me, if I'm wrong.
