3/22 AMBG 36... is this TOO low? Julius

Hello! he is acting fine, eating breakfast and ran down the hall just now, is 36 too low without insulin?

hmmmmmmmmmm ... I dont think it is, but others will chime in before to long .. I think I read somewhere on here that another cat goes into the 30's without insulin ...

I too have heard of kitties that run low in the 40's normally without insulin.

bumping up for someone with expertise.

There's no insulin so it shouldn't be a problem but, I'd probably feed a bit of MC just for my piece of mind.

whats MC? he ate breakfast and I am going to retest here in a little bit....just tested he is 52 now!

MC - Medium Carb. I'd just give something that has a little more carb than you usually feed. If Julius is acting just fine, it's really not an issue. I would test a couple of hours after he eats, though.
