Leo has cleared his bounce after a surprise run of blue on Saturday. Now let's see what the new juice is going to do for him.
We had a 9:30 a.m. vet visit today. Infection and UTI tests were negative so we went ahead and did a blood draw for IGF-1 and IAA. Results should be back in a week or so and we'll know what we're dealing with then.
The really good news is that Leo now weighs 14 pounds even, up from 11 pounds 4 ounces at his DX on December 21. It's easy to lose track of how much good we're doing for our kitties because we're following their blood glucose highs and lows from day to day. The vet hasn't seen him in three months and said he looks much better than he did at our last visit. I am thrilled about the weight gain.
Snooze time for Leo,
time for me, then off to party with Mocha, Devon, Peter, and Trix.
