Good Morning and Happy 1st day of Spring!
Rusty tried his darndest to get the beans up this morning, but they didn't listen and missed the alarms, so AMPS was 1/2 hour late. We'll make it up by 15 minutes tonight and be back on schedule tomorrow morning. Then I tried to get blood on the strip without realizing that the strip was only part-way into the meter, and then I got an error message and dropped the meter! Everything else went smoothly.
It must have been an awesome party last night. The full moon was indeed huge, and the brightness of the moonbeams on the snow made it look almost like day. I heard that the kitties had a great time in the barn singing, dancing, eating all that good food, playing outside in the moon-bright snow. And I heard that the meeting with the GAs at the veil at Camp Stu was a wondrous experience. Every kitty had a friend, a brother, a sister on the other side. The GAs were partying too, and much joy flowed through the veil from both sides. The Kitty Chorus sang "Somewhere Out There" and "Over the Rainbow" beautifully. The cabin was warm and snug and lit by the fire and by all the candles the kitties had brought. It was very special.
Everyone have a lovely day today as we begin the spring season. Continued healing thoughts and prayers for our kitties who are ailing, and thoughts of comfort for the members of our FDMB family whose kitties have gone ahead this winter.
