well, my boy certainly is a fighter! Good to see Mr. P still fighting to be on the OTJ countdown! Today is day 14, however our countdown is going to be extended for a few more days. So, sorry, no party today, but low carb snacks and beverages are being served in our condo for all of our friends who are stopping by...just because we love you :-D

WCR: furry and purry for his test, ate all his breffis and is now walking back and forth to the door..and now is yelling at me...to go out. The king will have to wait until later for his trip outside. I guess he got the message cuz now he is in the LB, going pee.

I'm going to try a different feeding schedule. Before the otj trial, Spot's snacks were at bedtime (between +3.5 & +4 and then again between +7 & +8). I am going to start that schedule back up again to see if that will help. Hey it's worth a try...anything is at this point!

Well, it's caturday and for the third day in a row, I am able to go btb, but this time, no alarm is going to be set..gonna get up when it suits me! :-D No work today, but lots of house & yard work :roll:
 
Good to see green!! We are coming over for party as we know Spottie can still do it!
I would have trouble sticking to a feeding schedule with these two...Free feeding for almost 14 yrs, would be really head to alter now, but hey, I am nowhere near there--Have a beautiful Caturday! :mrgreen:
 
Nice AMBG Spot! Too bad we have to delay the partay, but that's okay. Enjoy your btb. That's where I'm going in a minute.

Raja & Shadow will definitely be stopping by (Shadow is going to return Spot's green zippy pants that he has been wearing since Spot lost them at the party. I am sorry Deb, I didn't know until just this morning when Shadow came running out in them! :roll: )
Enjoy your btb...can't believe you invited all the kitties over in one breath and then say in the next that you are going btb and not setting an alarm. :o Well, silly girl, I am going to tell my two to tiptoe in and whisper so they don't wake you...but they do love to giggle and laugh when they all get together....so I hope you can get your rest in before they all get there.... :lol:
 
Im so glad to see things are working out. You have a great attitude, that is surely reflected in Spot's progress.

Latte is looking forward to the party...whenever it may be!

Of course, now Spot is going to give you lots of greens because you are prolonging the trial. He knows he's good! You are both doing a great job. No more scaring your bean, Spot.

BTB'ing was really nice, btw...when I woke up it was to the sounds of teehee's and nom nom's going on out on the porch. Looked out and saw a small gather of Spot's friends sitting around enjoying some snacks. I found out that civvie's Ali and Ralph helped set up the for the gathering. So, I'm up and about now and snacks will be replenished for the gathering of Spot's supporters. I know, I know, it's not quite the OTJ party everyone was looking forward to, but look at it this way...it's just the appiteaser!
 
How COOL he is heading towards the finish line like a true fighter. I read your condo from last night and glad that Jill said to continue. I am telling you this pukus stuff sets them back and it happens with them in the spring with all the licking and sheeding the winter fur. Hope you have a great rest this weekend. We need to have a PARTY soon :smile:
 
Happy day 14, Deb and Spot! Brownie is making up a batch of his malted mice balls for the party, but don't worry if it isn't for a few more days - they freeze well. :-D
 
I'm so happy that you and Spot woke up to green, and that he's still surfing green. Let's keep it here, Spot, ok?

You could do what I was always tempted to do when I thought Lucy's numbers were too high - try a different meter! My Freestyle meter reads quite a bit lower than my others. I've been using it for her last few OTJ tests because I was tired of seeing 80's and 90's and wanted to get some 60's like the other OTJ kitties. :lol:

Day 14 almost over and done with and Spot was all green except for his pmbg..but that was oh so close to being green that I'm going to count it as such, lol!!

I'm certainly glad that I didn't abort our count down and only extended it a bit. thanks for the support everyone!!
 
oh i get it...it is gonna be a surprise OTJ party! like you just keep going chewing the GUM and when he strings a few days like this together (today was lovely!!!) suddenly there will be party. :mrgreen: i like it! never been a surprise OTJ party in LL before, spot is blazing a new path.

hoping tomorrow is just as lovely as today was. and then next day and the next day.....


this was a great condo to finish up my night on. gotta go crash bad.
you can do it spot's mr P, i totally know you can. looking forward to the surprise party!
