Hello Proxy, was diagnosed on April 27, as per vet instructions we have been giving 1unit of prozinc every 12 hours, 30min after eating. She was 450dg 25.9mmol last night.
288dg 16mmol this morning. At hour 6 of her nadir she is very sleepy and tested at 57dg 3.1mmol. we fed her regular dry food to raise sugar. First test she is elevated to 73dg 4.1mmol. continuing testing at 30min intervals.
Do I stop insulin tonight? She normally is at 450dg on average after insulin wears off.
