Yesterday

Good Afternoon, L&LL,

Rusty is having a pretty good day and I am feeling much better. Rusty ate about half of his nighttime food, but all of his breakfast. His breathing is ok. Tomorrow we may take him to the vet for his B-12 shot. We're about 2 weeks late because of our trip to the city. I don't know if these shots do any good, but I don't want to stop them just in case!

Still freezing in the icicle palace?

It was only -2 F. this morning, but the whole day was very windy and the high was about 22. I didn't go out because of the wind. The icicles are still with us.

Rusty didn't have good appetite after finishing his breakfast. I'll be going downstairs soon to hold his dinner bowl. His breathing sounds raspier than usual and seems to be in his throat, not his sinuses. This is not new, but seems more persistent than usual. I'll have the vet check it out this week when we go for his B-12 shot.

I've found b12 shots to be somewhat magical. They've worked for Asia when we couldn't quite figure out what was going on after a host of GI issues/side effects with antibiotics. Can't hurt anyway!
