Feeling :joyful::joyful::joyful: that he is on his fifth day OTJ. I know things can change on the whims of the winds, but so enjoying seeing him healthy, happy, and not having to deal with constant poking.

Be well everyone; these are tough times and having this support is another blessing.

The excitement is increasing - here we are on Day 5 and he is hanging in - in the 60s. Hoping this continues! Go Zoot! Go!

Keep him away from dry food & he should do well. No cat should eat dry food. New information tells us it can cause Diabetes. It's not natural for our animals to eat it.

Be careful with his weight. Just like with people Our animals are more prone to diabetes when they are over weight.

Good Luck! :D

Yes, we are an all wet food family here so no issues with changing food habits. We dropped dry food a year ago for all 7 cats; and that also addressed his weight problem (although we had been addressing that before he was diagnosed). Thanks for the link and the support!
