Hi kids! Shadow is hanging in there...he is looking pretty good, if you ask me. He seems to have added a bit more weight on and has been keeping his food down. No vomiting is a good thing. There are times when he is a bit fussy about what exactly he wants to eat. I do keep opening up new cans just to make sure he gets something in his tummy. the one night he was low and was not eating so I didn't shoot. I hate that....the bounce came of course and sent us in a snowball from lack of insulin.
It's so tense when they don't eat. It's always a breath holding moment for me every 4 hours at food time as I wait to see if he will eat...
Anyway, he seems to be doing ok. We tried "Better in the Raw" mix for raw chicken from "Know Better Pet Food" and I mixed it with canned food. Raja was not that thrilled with it but Shadow seemed to like it. Raja seems to have developed a UTI....more about her in her own condo.

Oh how I know how frustrating it is, when they won't eat. It's so good to hear that Shadow is eating better, and keeping it down!
