Last night was a big pre-St. Patrick's Day fest with so many of our kitties wearing green.

Simon's AMPS are really showing how much food he ate last night, including some hc food. He was in heaven! I really didn't want to give the hc food but since his bg was not budging with the lc, I had to take action. I did manage to get some sleep last night, thanks to the automatic feeder and higher bg's after the hc food. Simon is fat and happy this morning. I really can't believe he could eat all his food this morning after the food fest last night, but he did and also managed another meal when his girlfriend, Rosie showed up at the door.

I gave Simon a reduction this morning to make sure he is safe today. I have to go to my niece's ballet performance this morning and will be gone until after his normal lunchtime test. I'm kind of tired and I hope I don't fall asleep once the lights go down at the ballet. My niece is such a good little ballerina. She goes to the performing arts high school here in Atlanta and has been doing ballet since she was a little girl. I'm taking DM with me so it will be a nice mother/daughter day.

I fall asleep at these type of things so often, even when I'm not tired, the lights go out and my brain says ok it must be time to sleep then :lol:

I hope you manage to stay awake and have a great day with DM :-D

Hi Georgia, it was nice seeing so many at the Green Lagoon. It sounds like a nice evening for you and DM. That is neat with your niece's performance tonight. I'm still laughing with your Aunt and the RR. Have a wonderful time tonight.

Hi Georgia. I had to laugh when I read about how could Simon eat all that this morning after the food fest last night. Mannie was the same way. He ate so much last night, and he was back at it this morning. :lol: :lol: For us too - the LC wasn't getting the job done....

I hope you enjoyed the ballet. and that you stayed awake. how nice that you took your DM. Sounds like a great day!

Flat yellow is nice after last night. I bet Simon loved the HC. Sweet guy. And still hungry today? :lol: Wish we could eat like that.

Wow...you had quite the busy night last night! Looks like Simon was a bit tuckered and decided to take it easy today. I hope you enjoyed the ballet! I've also dozed off at those sort of things before... :oops: ...

Very flat yellow surf for Simon today. I'm glad because I have been away most of the day and am too tired to stay up again. I stayed awake at the ballet and my nieces did great. Funny story...halfway through the ballet I turned to my mom and said that I was wondering when the 7 dwarves were going to come on. She laughed and said that the ballet we were watching was Sleeping Beauty not Snow White, so therefore, no Dopey, Sneezy, Sleepy, etc. For half of the ballet, I thought it was Snow White and the Seven Dwarves! :lol: We arrived too late to even look at the program so I didn't read what ballet it was. Same kind of story...sleeping beautiful girl who is awakened by a prince.

Off to bed. Sorry I didn't get to read too many condos today. I'll catch up with all the news tomorrow.
 
Great night for Simon last night and I know a little brown girl who can eat and eat and eat and eat and still want to eat the next morning :lol: :lol:

Good luck on the reduction and I hope you continue to see some good numbers for Simon. I"m glad you got out today and that is TOOOOO funny about the ballet!!!
