Happy St. Patrick's Day! Wear the green, you kitties (beans too),
Good morning everyone,
Thank you all again for your birthday wishes. Now I get to start my new year!!! Rusty had a good night, eating all his nighttime food. He slept the night through, I think. This morning I got one of his special head butts (head presses, held long). We had a good test (maybe a bit of a bounce since he surfed green yesterday for at least 12 hours), good breakfast and shot, and a brief play with Red Ears (his play time seems to be getting shifted to later in the day; he really is preferring radiator lounging after breakfast these days). 2nd sitting of breakfast has been eaten.
Our snow is getting pretty rotten and is slowly melting. We are heading into "mud season" for sure. The streets are a mess. But we still have at least 3 feet of snow on the ground. Last year we were paddling our canoes on April 1st, but I don't think we'll be doing that this year!!
Off now to visit some condos and make DH's breakfast (he slept in today).
Our thoughts and prayers are with Barb & Tori today. And we continue to think healing thoughts for Rocket, Butthead, Willow, Buddy, and all kitties not feeling well.
