Yesterday was..... UGLY!... a nasty bounce from all those lovely blues on Friday. :roll: :roll: :roll: I had so hoped we would never see "that color" again. Each time now when I think we are over the alpha zone there he is yet again. It has to be so hard on him..... I hope for a good day today, more blues would be so cool! All is well in MannieLand. It was a better day yesterday for Mannie. BG's were horrid, but you would never now it by looking at him. On a good note: he had a very good day yesterday. Mannie went outside, had breffis with his beans, nanners to sleep on, lots of pets and scritches. One happy kitter! We made amybe there trips outside. On the last one I worked some in the yard, keeping one eye on him while he did his thing... ot so I thought. Made one turn to pick something up, and looked back at him only to see no kiitty! :shock: I found him in the neighbors yard, laying on the grass, getting what must have been mega good sniffs, as that nose was working overtime. :lol: There was even a very short -lived sunbeam where he was laying too. :cool: So..... it just goes to show that he can still move, still baviagte well enough for an adventure. Mannie, you so totally rock! :-D :-D :-D :razz: Appy has been good (picky !!!, but good), CPC (barely) yesterday and this morning, LB is normal, Ketones tests have been negative. Test was good this morning, as was the shoot. :cool: I am happy to say one more time: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

That must have been funny seeing Mannie over there with his nose in overdrive - sometimes something we have no clue is happening catches their attention, and we'll never figure out what it was, dense beans! What a load of rotten numbers yesterday. Ugh ugh ugh. So today's AMPS is actually delightful! Cruise down Mannie.

I'd like to order a Triple Shot Cappuccino with the Hawaii Ka'u beans. Sounds delicious - I miss all the special deliveries from my favorite little furry Barista!

Mannie, dude. Need the hot tub. It's 23 hear and the bean won't leave the door open very long 'cuase she's all like, "Leo, get your nose out of the door, it's COLD!" Sheesh. I'm sneaking out in the backyard now to hunt down some fresh meeces for the grill, with a fine nip-and-salmon-flake rub. See you at the back door! ~Leo

So glad yesterday was a better day. How funny with Mannie sneaking into the neighbor's yard catching some sun while the Bean was working. Glad to hear Normalcy in MannieLand. I have a picky eater, too, with Mags. I think they know we will break out every flavor for them. :lol: Have a great day Michelle, maybe a mini hike in there too!

Hey Mannie!

You will never believe what happened to me yesterday! I was trapped! I was trapped in the bean's bed and couldn't get off and the silly bean never woke up until 1 pm! So, I missed everything! The bean said she gave me stairs so I can easily climb onto the bed (I keep jumping and missing the bed - I think she raised it on purpose just to mess with my perspective). You gotta be careful that your bean doesn't start doing that to you! I bet if you wear your glasses you will see when she tries to change and move things on you.

Anyway, I was trapped on the bed and couldn't find the stairs to get down. I was afraid to jump, cause she might have moved the floor and I wouldn't know where I landed! I am so upset that I missed out on yesterday's fun!

That's ok, I took care of the bean. You know what I did. I took her credit cards and hid them. She thinks she dropped them somewhere and had to make 7 phone calls to stop the cards and get new ones issued. Ha ha....I heard on the phone and she was angry. So, I yelled too and then gacked on her rug! When she yells, it upsets my tummy. Maybe that will teach her to stop yelling.

My wagon is ready (has been since yesterday), let's go and have fun. Ooooh and does the zip line go to the nanner stash?! I so like zipping into the pile!

Nice to see too that that awful bounce from the other day is history. :cool: I decided that chores were boringgggggggggggg, so I went to a championship swim meet instead. WHAT FUN! Olympic gold medalist Missy Franklin was there - racing with the regional kids. It is so cool to see top level swimmers still come to these meets. And she was great to watch. YaHOO!

The swim meet sounds like a much better option than chores. So cool to have an Olympian there, it is so inspiring for the young ones!

Hi Wendy - Me too on the PMPS,and that +2 isn't too shabby either. yes, he did get out for a bit. We had sun too. It's like a magnet for him, with the sun = Mannie sun snooze... And I agree: the meet was much roe fun that chores. True too on the Olympians. I remember when my boys were racing, and they were able to have these swimmers there. They always talked about how cool is was to share a warm up lane with an Olympian. :cool:

Oh my gosh Mannie. There'll be water in that hot tub... you gotta watch out! And I don't know about those fires. They seem dangerous to me. The beans used to sit round the fire at our other place. I'd tell them that the house was on fire - they wouldn't listen to me. So I'd just wait by the front door to get out real quick. I think I'll visit you another day. - Angie
