Yesterday

Good afternoon, L&LL,

Rusty's sinuses are heavily congested today. He's taking a "rest day". He ate most of his breakfast, with encouragement, but at lunchtime he didn't join us at the table, but went back into his cube next to the radiator. He's still settling in after NYC. We are letting him sleep.

Here are some pictures of the "killer icicles" on our roof: one from an upstairs window (the icicle must be about 8 feet long, at least), and one from the ground, looking up at the same window. The round things next to the house are propane tanks covered in snow.

Rusty's breathing and appetite both improved as the day progressed. Looks like he gets a reducie tomorrow with that 37 tonight. Put a drop of Karo in his nighttime fuds. Really tired tonight. It was a long day (but no skiing because of very windy weather).
