Looks like the dosecrease is working! Ruby seems to be doing just fine, eating well, being cuddly. I think she pooped the other day but unclear.
Olive has stopped eating the Z/D and only wants her raw food.
I'm going to return it and try the RC renal hydrolyzed food on the recommendation of someone who has fed it successfully to her finicky senior kitty. 
Olive's kidney values are not as low as I'd like them to be so renal kibble would be fine for her.
