Ack! 300's go away! :?

Adjusted for DLST at 1.50u at 1:45pm est. @-)

Is it just me or is Walgreen's getting bad about severing people in regards to medications? You call it in, you are told it will be ready yada, yada time. You get there, its not ready or its out of stock! Now not ready sometimes happens but out of stock? Come on people talk about poor health care practices! My migraine meds are back ordered!? How on earth do you back order medication!?!?

Re: 3/13 Mike's Buddy AMPS#310

Come on down Buddy! There is a party to get ready for!, but it is on the lower floors so don't miss out!

Not just you! But also not just Walgreens!!!

Re: 3/13 Mike's Buddy AMPS#310 +5 296

A late to post reading. I think this 296 is a food spike. He was really into the FF off and on. He played around a bit this afternoon as well in a couple of cardboard boxes.

April though has me worried. I think she is ether having hearing problems or she is loosing it. She tends to respond to only loud noise and not her name like she use too. She also tends to meow for no reason from time to time. I don't think its due to pain or discomfort because she just eats up being cuddled and carried around.

Re: 3/13 Mike's Buddy AMPS#310 +5 296

Smudge is a little hard of hearing...
most generally when i am telling her "no"

hope april's hearing is NOT going

Re: 3/13 Mike's Buddy AMPS#310 +5 296

Hope Buddy comes down...how are his sores?

Also...sending healing vines for April...poor little girl!!! I hope it's just her hearing.

Re: 3/13 Mike's Buddy PMPS#250 ~final dose for the DLST

Hi, I hope so too. She seems OK, just have to make sure I don't startle her if this gets worse and her hearing goes. She is so petite and such a little lady at times. Other times she is a little spit fire.

Buddy's below 300 this round, we shall see. This was the final (normal time) dose to adjust for DLST.

We hope to get him to a vet shortly about these sores. Schedule's with my job, Buddy's DB and the like is really straining the old noodle.

Re: 3/14 Mike's Buddy AMPS#301

PMPS hours at the +4 it was 89, at +10 it was 59; we gave a little honey and food together. It started going up at the +.30 to 86 and then more. We went back to bed after we made sure. This time change has me feeling tired.

AMPS is high, expected since he was given some boosting earlier and a little bit of food was still out.

Called the center today; they should be getting back with me about Buddy's sores to start a exam on them. Update; Doctor will be out till Wednesday! Darn it this is rather inconvenient!

Re: 3/14 Mike's Buddy AMPS#301

mike...I am SO EMBARRASSED that i didnt proofread my previous post here...

i edited it, but meant to say i hope April's hearing is NOT going, and that she feels better...

i joke about a lot of things, but never a cat's health.

Re: 3/14 Mike's Buddy AMPS#301

That's OK, no worries. It happens and I know what you meant. ;-)

Also another thing. I have noticed a lot of fur tumble weeds around the house. I thought it was from all three of them, its not! April has turned into a shed machine! I have never seen anything like this before from one cat. :o She does not seem to be balding anywhere, just shedding a lot. Where you pet her it comes off with more to spare. I have started to brush her, but I am wondering if this is a hormone or metabolism thing?

18 minutes till shoot time. Bud, give me some good numbers!

Re: 3/14 Mike's Buddy AMPS#301

Tell him to bring a lot of brushes, because if he does it the traditional way he is bound to get a serious case of chronic hairball attacks!

Dad has to get out the broom, the dust pan and even a few static cling swifters!

Re: 3/15 Mike's Buddy PMPS#346

Love that pic!

Well foowy, Buddy has high 300's again. Darn... oh well here we go again. :?

1.50u, note to self whisper in his ear while he sleeps. Maybe his liver and spleen will hear "Hey, behave in there!"

Re: 3/15 Mike's Buddy PMPS#346 +4 200

+4 check was 200, there were no more checks because I was exhausted. This time change has me very tired and having a hard time adjusting to everything at the moment.

His sores flared up really bad this morning, he is now wearing his foam collar this time around. They are open again and very raw, trying to keep them clean and put ointment them.

I am afraid he will not see the vet till next week, the problem with this place VHA (http://www.vhavets.com/) is that they are slow to respond to inquiries and return phone calls.

Re: 3/15 Mike's Buddy AMPS#306

300's, ether the sores are the cause or that late night snack is still hanging around. Also it could be another long term bounce too. Gesh, make up your mind, lol!

I thought I had run out of syringes but was lucky to have spare from previsous endeavors. Monoject 1/2 ml, 29g x 1/2, the needles were longer and the print marking smaller (I hate that - enough problems seeing as it is) but they where still good. I think the longer needles work good, no searching for a shot spot betwen furs. ;-)

I may let, or rather make... him wear his foam collar while away, those sores are pretty serious and him going at them will not help. This collar is nice, not heavy or blocks view like cone collars.
