DC is having a good day.
Perfectly mid blues.
All P's in place.
He is eating well and extra playful today.
He chased Frisky around the house for more than an hour.

I'm not liking this yellow much.
Could he have gone low last night and this is now a bounce?
Should I keep the dose the same or consider an increase?

Lacking expert advice, I'd definitely keep dose the same. I wouldn't change dose on a higher than expected number without expert advice.
