Please be kind and pardon me for the next several weeks, I may be a bit scarce...

Well, not that I think we're all back on schedule let's get the dose back where it belongs. I hated to do that, but between screwing up DST, then waking up an hour late on Monday...blah, blah, blah....

Timing is back so the dose is now normalized.

Attie is beside himself these days. Pawing at the foster door, laying waiting for it to open....I have tried several times now to explain "sick contagious kitty" to him. He is really being such a good boy.

LOL....Celi!!! Yesterday...yes...it was that Pist kitty look for the rest of the day! He doesn't seem too much better today. His eyes are now yucky too...but he still insists on trying to sing. We're steaming the room now to help with the congestion.

UGH! This bean lost track of how many test strips I had on hand. Dang it. So we'll be on our back-up meter until they arrive from ADW.

Checked the pricing on Lantus at a few pharmacies and just about fell over. I recall checking in the fall and it was expensive, but one pharmacy quoted nearly $300!!!! I don't know how to order from Canada77pharmacy, but they ship to the US. It says I have to fax the script in, so I guess I need to get that ball rolling.

I wish I was the federal government and could just print my money....

DST has not gone well here either... i'm still trying to get on track with that. Mannie could care less. His food shows up more or less on time, and the rest just follows when it should as far as he is concerned. :-D

Good luck with ordering Lantus from canada - i hear it is much cheaper. and $300.00 local? are they kidding? I though my pharmacy was bad at $200.00

I hope Gary is doing better - how lucky he is to have you. Not too sure on the singing part - i bet he is rather loud. :?

and we will pardon you for the next several weeks, if life dictates that you be scarce. Attie - you be good, and help your bean out, OK? and that means to that you should leave Gary alone. :-D

That is what I recall finding local in the fall...a little over $200. So ordering from Canada and express shipping didn't make a lot of sense at the time, plus...DCIN helped us out at that time. But the prices really jumped. I might check Costco first though... :?:
 
Not a bad start for Attie... so nice he's being a good boy!! Hope that Gary is feeling better soon!

Do you have a AAA card? That will generally give you somewhat of a discount at most pharmacies. Also, ask the costco pharmacist if they will sell you one pen at a time... mine actually offered it to me!

Hi guys .. not a bad pmps for atlas .. Lantus is so stupid expensive it is unreal .. I hope you can get it shipped in from canada!
 
Also check the local hospitals outpatient pharmacies. They will often sell a single pen. They also tend to not overly inflate the prices.

And good luck with the dosecrease.
