3/14 Markes showed a yellow number!

Hello girls!!!

Today Markies at +7.5 showed a yellow number 278 without R!!!! so just in case I did as yesterday someone told me. Im not sure if cyrcumstances were to do that (Im not sure if it was a big drop enough to forecast a possible boouncing) but as his curves used to be all pink I added a little of canned whiskas to his raw ground meat.

Im expecting a spike anyway but I hope Im wrong as I was yesterday, I thught there was going to be a spike after eating the whole day and nothing happen.

So to day, less pocking, more chilling and only Levemir, no R. Hope to see more yellows!!!

I love that yellow number! :) And I agree with @Wendy&Neko that if Markies doesn't get into better numbers the rest of today, increasing his dose tomorrow would be a good plan.
 
Hello all!!!!

Im back from a long outing!! 6 hougs out. He went from 462 (which I am sure I induced that number since I gave Markies some little carbs with ground meat to "avoind" bouncing, well I dind´t avoid anything I just created a spike).

I gave him some egg yolk with watter and I left with mom to the doctor. With spent plenty of hours out, I just came back. I was so worried for him. But he was ok. His number was yellow. Im only little concern that this yellow could be also not so natural, also induced for not having any food in his body for 6 hours. I dind´t think I was going to take so long.

Now that I gave some zero carb food (that usually also increase his BG anyway) I will test to see what happens (raw ground meat, little egg yolk from the morning and little tunna fish to tempt him since I added L Lysine that I bought today).

Internet wasn´t working today before leaving, I wanted to update the ss before leaving and I couldn´t!!!

Then I couldnt log into the ss from mom´s computer, it was a mess! New Im back home, I corrected the date mistake, added today´s numbers, the red and the yellow!!!
 
I think it might have been the carbs you gave him that gave you that red number...he's back down nicely into yellow now. :)

I know...

But we had red again... No carbs today but long period of no food at all... Then I fed raw and at amps I see a red number. Might this long period of no food during this evening might have influenced? By the way, no ketones.
No clue..

Anyway...
t will increast dose Tomorrow at PMPS (1.5) by then I will complete 5 cycles without R and numbers were mostly pinks, reds and some few. I need more yellows, blues and maybe some pinks, no more reds.

Yes, fasting too long can affect the number too. I agree with increasing him to 1.5u tomorrow. He will start coming down - he did at least see yellow today, even if he also gave you some red numbers too. I think he's going to be just fine...he has no ketones which means even though he's higher he's still doing OK. And hopefully the dose increase will see his numbers come down a little further over the next few days.
