First, I want to thank Julie yesterday for nominating Simon as being #1 in the most important job of "Keeping the Beans Guessing". When Simon first started on this sugar dance, he would maintain low steady numbers but since then, and now over a year later, he has turned into a bouncy, "you never know what you are going to get" kitty. Yesterday at lunch, DH tested him and he was a low 38. He went back down again right before I needed to go to sleep. I finally gave him FF with gravy to keep him from dropping overnight. Thus the bounce this morning.
Simon was not happy with his fuds this morning. He of course was expecting the FF gravy lovers food. It has taken him over an hour and a half to finish his lc food this morning. He usually wolfs down everything in 5 seconds. He kept looking at me like he just couldn't believe I was giving him this yucky food.
I went ahead and gave him the full reduction this morning. I was just going to skinny it down but I'm not sure I can get home for lunch today because I have a meeting that might run long. DH can't come home. Better safe than sorry so we'll see how this new reduction goes.
Have a wonderful day!
