Good Morning LL! I was getting rather spoiled by all those fantastic numbers the last few days, but I'm not surprised after that 40 yesterday afternoon. Paws crossed that this will be short and sweet.

We had a wake up call again this morning: up on the bed, walked over the beans a few times, then settled in on my back and nose in the ear, a few licks added for good measure. All this while purring like her Furrari's motor.

WCR All 5 Ps, Clean Plate Club in record time, sentry post manned. I think she likes it that there is light out now.

Awww what a sweet way to wake up, usually i get a 19lb cat who steps on my head or my hair :roll:

Those are some awesome cycles for Tess!! Her wake up call sounds absolutely adorable...there's nothing like having a sweet kitty purr in your ear, no matter what time of day it is!

OK Tess! Far enough, let's get back to the lagoon now.

Generally I like the wake up call, but the cold nose is a little too effectve! :lol: It is nice to have her coming into the bedroom again, for the last year she had shunned it. I'd love it if she would start sleeping w/ us again.

I didn't know that Tess had stopped sleeping with you or even entering your room, for that matter. Champ has done the exact same thing!! He'll come into my room every once in a while, but will only stay a short time, usually just to try to get me up. If he needs me to get up in the middle of the night to feed him (he'll usually tell me if he's low), he'll sit in my bedroom doorway and cry until I wake up. He used to sleep with me every night at the foot of my bed on a fleece blanket. I miss it sooo much!!

OH OUCH! Well tell Tess not to worry - Mannie is close behind here. Damn 40's! Every time he goes there we end up on the pink or red floor... Sorry Tess is there too. I hope she comes down soon, slowly, but soon.

oh tess! 417? what drama - it was so much nicer on the green lagoon! hope she clears this very fast!

punkin won't hardly come in our room either. i thought it was acro-related. maybe it's just because he's a cat. they don't really need any reason, do they?!
