Well, so far, so good. Gave Spot his breffis and Grammie bean will retest in three hours since she will be home. Mr. Spot is hanging out on his window seat w/his civvie sister, Ali, after a brief moment of hissing at her for jumping up there. I guess he didn't feel like sharing this morning. He is now taking an after breffis nap, the grooming and LB action was done before breffis.

Happy Fursday LL! Only one more day to go and I can sleep in!! WOOHOO!! Hope everyone has a wonderful day...I'm off to take Drooler to vet's for her comprehensive exam!

Another day where he has decided to go up instead of down....Maybe he got into something he shouldn't have....Mom said Ali knocked down her kitty crack dish from the top of the fridge last night...drooler helped to clean up, but maybe didn't get everything....and Spot, well, he has a nose of a bloodhound when it comes to food lately!!
Mom gave him his snack and will get another test in three hours.

Spot spent all of his afternoon lounging on his chair on the porch, came in for dinner and then back out on his chair. Brought him in because it was getting dark, and he spent about 10 minutes sitting in front of the door crying to go back out.
He didn't do to bad this afternoon...from 97 to 103 is really good.


My Question - with these lower blues..the 100 and this 103, should I still be getting a +3 test?

I don't think it's necessary to test at +3 every time, but sometimes so we can be sure Spot is still bringing himself down. Actually I'm wondering if a +4 or even +5 would show more of a drop than +3. Lucy took closer to 4 hours to bring herself down at first.
 
thanks for the quick reply, Libby. I think that is a good suggestion. Next time, I'll skip the +3 and do a +4.
 
Nicely done Spot! He is bringing those numbers down like a real champ. Pretty funny that he has a nose like a bloodhound for spilled kitty crack. Your drooler needs to be faster to hover it all up before Spot finds it next time. :lol:

This isn't bad....Spot did have a snack an hour ago, which I shouldn't have given before the test...lol don't know what happened to the brain matter here :-D

It's time for us to go nini. I will put some food in timed feeder...set it for four hours before ambg and see if there is any change.
