Hi everybody. Another day where I'm very late posting. I must confess I fell asleep on the couch after I picked Ayanna up from Day Care.

Anyway it's been another day of ups and downs. Breakfast was taken fairly well and she actually came looking for lunch. Tonight has been another story. She gave me a real scare tonight. I couldn't find her anywhere in the house. I looked for over a half an hour. I was getting real panicky. Heather had been doing laundry and I finally got up enough courage to look in the dryer. Thank God she wasn't there. (If you know Tiga's story you know why that is so scarey for me). Anyway I never did find out where she was. Finally after me calling and calling and searching and searching she wandered into the kitchen like nothing was amiss. My heart is still pounding. Dinner has not been taken well. She's showing no interest at all. I'm going to give it a little bit longer and then see if she will take something from my finger. Poor baby she's trying so hard but it's such a struggle.

SO we take one day at a time- an hour at a time. I know she's going to improve but having two acute problems at once is so hard. All we can do is the best we can do and hopefully she'll recover soon. So far 2011 has been a real hard year.

just wanted to drop by to say that i'm keeping you and Tori in my daily prayers....i know what you mean about taking one hr at a time and one day at a time...sometimes it becomes one minute at a time...so enjoy every time you have with Tori....

Hi Barb - I am glad that breffis went well. omg on the disappearance. I hate it when they do that - you can look everywhere and not find them. Mannie will do that sometimes too. I can look everywhere, and no kitty.... then when you turn around there he is looking at you like "what's the big deal...." I hope Tori are dinner for you. And yes - she's fighting a double whammy - hard on her, harder on the bean. She will get there. Won't you little one. :-D

Hey Tori! We are just about ready to come and visit you. Tobey says he will teach me how to massage like he does. I really want to learn. We gots some real cool new candles for you too - they smell great and are really relaxing.... So... see you soon! Lubs ya! ~~ Mannie

Barb, a tough day, but you are right: it's just one day. Tomorrow will be better. Rusty is on his way with the KTSS. He made a new pot of delicious chicken soup for Tori and hopes that she will eat some. All the kitties and beans are wishing you a good night tonight. Sleep well and wake up refreshed, Tori. Barb, are you working tonight? If so, try not to worry about your girl. The kitties will take good care of her.

Well I got her to eat a bit but I had to finger feed her. At least she took the food with not too much argument. In a few minutes I'm going to give her her fluids and then I think I'm going to call it a day for a few hours. Thank God I'm not working tonight. I'm just so tired.

I'm so glad that the KTSS is going to come visit Tori tonight. It seems she has used more than her fair share of their ministrations this last month. We do appreciate it though so much.
