Stu had a good night (no doors to pound on here!) and slept almost completely through the night. This morning he was interested in the house sparrows outside the window (much more bird activity at this time of year here than we have at home). All cat activities normal. I'll post more later. We have our annual appointment with DH's retirement adviser this morning. Beautiful, spring-like day here in NYC. And today is Bix Beiderbecke's birthday celebration on WKCR (the Columbia University radio station): 24 hours of classic 1920s and 1930s jazz.

It looks like Stu had a pretty relaxing day listening to the early jazz. He also likes to sleep in the closet on a paper bag. I think he's bored with city life (when we lived in Brooklyn there was much more for him to do). We were in and out all day and didn't spend much time with him, so it's good that he didn't decide to drop to too-low numbers! He returns the wave to Spot. He's sorry he's leaving on Friday and therefore can't meet Moonie for a tuna cocktail. He'll report to Shadow and Raja when he comes to help prepare for the party.
