Ham was do for an increase this morning but with a 164... I'm thinking maybe we should hold the dose. Any suggestions.

Never mind... we're not increasing now seeing is how Ham just threw up his breakfast... I think he just ate to fast after his fasting blood work. maybe later.

I think that was a good choice. Better to make sure he is eating and keeping it down. I had a similar problem with my Harvey. I learned to give him a small portion at a time and make him wait 10 minutes or so after he finished the first batch before giving him the second. That seemed to stop the scarf and barf cycle.

It does look like Ham needs more juice, though, so I would go to 4.75 when you feel comfortable doing so, assuming you are following TR?

Very nice progress on this dose. That was a nice long stretch of blues for Ham. The goal however is green, so I agree with the others on the increase when it makes sense.

Dentals can definitely help, especially if there is some inflammation or infection in the mouth.

Thanks Tricia. I am following TR. and had every intention if increasing this morning until he scarfed and barfed.

Well BOO on the scarf & barf.....but YEAH on the blue!!

Now Ham....let's try for more blue without the pukus, OK?

Thanks Chris. Yes no more pukus... mama bean doesn't like clearing it up:arghh:

Thank you Wendy. Ham and I have come a long from the high 400's it was up to 512 once :nailbiting:

The vetty bean loved the spreadsheet and that I keep track so well. I think that's the first time he's never scolded me for something. I was rather surprised he didn't even mention Ham's gained pound. Yes Chris on the vets scale it's only a pound... maybe it was me who gained a pound when I weighed Ham last (I did the hold the cat and step on the scale)
