Hi Everyone,
Well, that was quite a party last night. Stu came bouncing home at 407!! Super hungry this morning. He wanted more of that great party food. I wonder what today has in store? Thanks Pat, Raja & Shadow for hosting and for seeing that all the kitties got home safely.

Looks like Stu partied a bit too much last night. Hope he sleeps it off and wakes up with some better numbers! :mrgreen:

BOING! Hope Stu comes down from rbc & recovers from the party!! Heard he was dancing all over the place!! He's a wild one that Stu!

Hi Ella
What a very nice day Stu had. It wasn't the best start to the day but look how well
he did.
As you have heard many times, this is a very, slow dance that requires a lot of patience.
Every day we learn someting new. I saw that you "panicked" at Stu's 61 and I can understand that as well. Always try and remember if you are around, you are in control.
When you hit greens, anything above 50, you really want Stu to "surf" in these nice greens for as long as possible. This is all part of the healing process.
So you gave him HC at 61 and you saw how he jumped up. There you learned how Stu reacts
to carbs and you use that to your advantage.
I still consider myself a newbie, although really I am a midbie, lol.
I have learnt a lot but still have so much more to learn.
You are doing a great job!!!
