Good morning everyone and Happy New Month!! Shadow has 4 Ps today and a need for additional thiamine I guess. Ugh! I have the cans that are in the recalled lot numbers and have been feeding them those cans for awhile now. I always mix it with FF so at least it has been supplemented with that other brand. Will call that number after 9am. Thanks for the information!

Nothing much is new around here....both kitties are fine and seem to be happy. DH is flying in this afternoon and after 2 weeks, it will be great to have him back home. It was great that he was able to stay with my DBIL for these days after the funeral. Praying that he will be strong in the days (and years..) to come....

Good morning guys and wow would you look at those numbers yesterday! And not a bad start to the day today either .. hoping shadow comes down for you nice and slow ... glad you caught that recall info and hope that get's worked out ... I hope your DH has a nice flight home and your DBIL is still in our thoughts and prayers ... have a great day!

Come on down some, Shadow, but slowly.. not too fast, ok? I've been reading a lot about this recall and am glad the information is out there for beans and kitties who have been using that brand. Have a great Tuesday!!

Rusty is in the same boat. I hope that it is indeed an isolated incidence! Going out for new food now, Hey Shadow, let's come down a floor or two!

Hi Pat. Not a bad start for Shadow this morning. :smile: He'll be down before you know it.

I'm glad DH will be home today, after the sad reason for the trip.

I thought the +4 meant that he was coming down...maybe tomorrow. Not bad if this is a bounce though, right?
He had 4 Ps this morning and then visited the lb this evening for another deposit. He should be ready for lower numbers now!
I left my number for the Wellness people to call me back....from 9 am ...no call yet. I added a bit of taurine to their food tonight. Mistakes can happen I suppose, but hey, the idea that they tell you what is in or not in the food after the fact is disturbing. Wellness has no by-products so that was appealing to me. We only used the chicken flavor and always mixed it as I said. Guess it could have been worse...
