Thanks to everyone for the good wishes and the cat diaper info @Stacy & Asia and @Osha . It would just be for night time - not sure how she'd react when she wanted to pee, though. I wouldn't want her to get the idea that she could pee in her pants for the rest of her life! :woot:

@Alicia & Maggie , I'm not wearing bubble wrap PJs - not yet! :-)

I suppose this would be going too far for Girlie, eh? :eek:

I've just been waiting for a good opportunity to post that pic - I think it's hilarious! :p

SO ironic: she's doing really well on the 0.5 of Levemir RIGHT when I can't pay close attention to her! Still, it's interesting that I would have looked at increasing her dose the other day but didn't because I can't monitor her closely at night and over the next few days: and look at what she does: go green and go close to shark territory...

I will never figure this cat out, honestly! :confused:

AM+5 = 77: Go Girlie! But behave, please...
 
Beautiful cycle today.

Small dog diapers are more common in pet stores, at least here, and I have heard of people taking newborn/premie diapers and cutting a tail hole in them.

She's really making progress, I think - good day and night yesterday; good day today; but I'll have to carb her up for tonight, unfortunately. She's just cranky because I'm spending all my time on the computer...she keeps patting my leg to try to get me to at least hold her on my lap or give up and go to bed. I wish! :-)
 
The outfit in that picture is called a CoverMe. It actually is designed so they can use the litter box without removing it, so it wouldn't solve your issue. I have several of them because Cinco used to get terrible hot spots and we hated to put the cone of shame on him after he went blind - he couldn't figure out where he was when he bumped into stuff. I put one on Natasha after her spay, but she was out of it in less than five minutes. :rolleyes:

I hope Girlie's poo issues resolve soon, and she doesn't get too close to the sharks again. Hear me, Girlie? Behave!
