I put the food down and left the room for a second then remembered to not feed and test in 15 mins so he maybe had a couple of pieces that’s it then I tested again 15 minutes later and he was 4.3 the first time was 4.1

When do you have to leave? He has a tendency to be lowest at the end of the cycle and then go up from there.

Then please feed him and give the full dose. Please feed some of his breakfast at +1 and get a test then.

I see he is higher at +2, so he should be okay. It's good you shot the full dose. If you can, get a test before you leave.
