So I was in the process of doing a curve today and noticed that at +6 she dropped to 68 which is borderline hypo. Just to prevent her from dropping any further I gave her a little bit of syrup. Now at +6.5 she tested at 229. I feel like all the recent times she's been spiking for PMPS that she's been dropping too low during the day. She never shows any signs of hypo or anything. She seems absolutely fine. I'm going to do a +8 to see where she comes in.

Are you using a human meter? If so, 68 is a beautiful nadir, as long as she didn't go lower later in the cycle. If you are using an AlphaTrak, then 68 does signal a dose reduction. The next time you get a number like that (again if you are using a human meter) give her a little snack of regular food and retest in 20 minutes. It's best to save the syrup until she is below 50.

I would get more nadirs whenever you can - day or night. It could be that her nadirs are too low but I don't think today told you that.

Another thing you could try is to skinny up the dose for a yellow preshot (maybe 2 units minus a few drops) but continue with 2 for pink and higher pre shots. It is fine to shoot different doses on different pre shots with ProZinc. Some cats respond well to that; others like consistency. It will depend on how she reacts.

Also, maybe add your meter type to your signature. It makes a big difference for advice given on the lower ranges.

I start properly teleworking this week and I'm doing that 3 days a week so Tuesday/Wednesday and Friday I can get additional nadirs if needed. The only thing that threw me off was she usually hits it around +9. She's always been pretty late.

Ok. Then 68 was a low number and adjusting the dose downward is a good idea. I would still give food first - maybe the gravy food a higher carb food and retest in 20 minutes

Glad you can get some more data
