2 blue PMPS numbers

Advice on dosing.... her pmps have been in the blues for the past 2 days.... she goes way back up to the 400’s in the morning though!!! I’m stalling now to retest... she’s currently getting 1.25.
 
Those are really dramatic differences between AM and PM PS numbers. Any chance you're testing at less than 12 hours for the PMPS test?
