Good Morning LL! Thank you Elsa!:coffee::coffee: Well, back from the vet and quite sure we have another UTI on our hands. First dose of Orbax down the hatch and she seems to be feeling a little better already. (She had a whack-a-thon through the door w/ Emma!) Tess isn't hiding in the corner any more either, out and about checking on things. They also gave her squids and we may be starting them on a regular basis.

One thing I am unsure of is how long it takes for the UTI to develop before we see Tess feeling bad. yesterday she was up and about , even hissing at Emma through the kitchen door. Then last night , bam!

@Amy&TrixieCat our vet actually contacted Drs. F & S and got an answer that there is nothing in the Cran Health treats that is bad for a cat.:smuggrin: Now if she will still like them!:rolleyes:
:smuggrin::smuggrin::smuggrin::smuggrin:

Drat on the UTI but glad to hear the orbax is doing its thing. Many vines for a quick recovery. Too funny on the whack-a-thon. :joyful:

Oh, Tess, I'm sorry that you're not feeling great, but if you take your meds, you'll be better real soon. I'm going to cook up a pot of chicken soup for you. And I'll bring the KTSS over to get off your vetty smell.
Your friend,
~ Rusty

I'm so glad Tess is already feeling better...poor little girl. UTIs just suck :(...sending prayers for a speedy recovery.

Thanks for the cranhealth info...I'll order some and hopefully Trix will like them, too! She was never fussy about food and treats until she had that big p-titis attack last April...now everything is hit or miss :oops:...

Poor Sweet Tess, I am so sorry- I am with Amy and the others, UTIs do suck! :arghh::arghh: That tip you gave us on giving bupe was so very much appreciated though! I wish I knew how long it takes to develop, but for us, it seems to happen overnight- one minute they're fine, the next it's 20 trips to the LB.:eek: The one good thing is, you got her treated early and the orbax works very quickly. With that and Chef Rusty's Chicken Soup, your girl should be better by tomorrow! :bighug:

Poor Tess, hope it goes as quick as it came. Sending bladder vines - doesn't that conjure up an interesting picture!

UTIs seem to run rampant around here. Poor Minka had never had one before, and like the others, hers came on suddenly. I'll be interested to hear if Tess and Trixie like those cranberry treats. Of course, Minka does not like treats in general, so I don't know why she would like those. :rolleyes:

Sending lots of healing vines.

Morning Ann and John :coffee::coffee::coffee:

Sorry I missed you guys yesterday....

Nice to see the blue at +11 this morning. It should be a good day for Tess. Right Tess, no bounces or nuthin' planned, right?

Well bummer too on the UTI. Mannie's always came on so suddenly too. One minute he seemed fine, the next thing I knew he had a problem. I can remember one vetty visit where all checked out A-OK, and within a day he had one of the worst UTS's ever. They always seemed to come on so fast. It is nice to read that already after a day of meds that she is feeling better.

Awesome job with those whack-a-thons Tess! :woot:

Have a great day today. I hope all goes well.
