Flat morning for Mikey. It seems that Mr. Liver wasn't quite comfortable with those three green cycles in a row. I'm also not thrilled with the last few PS numbers after a couple of weeks of them in the blue, but nadirs are touching 50. so not sure another increase is on the table right now. We'll see what he does over the next few days; I have a busy couple of weeks coming up and am not fond of the idea of doing an increase when I won't be here all day.

PMPS 184 Another nice blue PMPS. Hopefully his AM numbers will follow suit soon!

Hi Amy & Mikey,
They say that AMPS is always the last number to come down. Otherwise you're getting some nice greens and blues. How long have you been using your current insulin vial/pen? I looked for this info. on your ss, but didn't see any annotations about beginning a new pen or vial. I think it is possible that the insulin's duration begins to lessen after a while, and this could also account for the higher numbers at AMPS. Maybe someone else will know if this is so.

Anyway, Mikey looks really good and you are doing a great job with him.

Thanks Ella. I've had this vial since November, and it has crossed my mind that it might be starting to lose it's effectiveness. I can't afford new insulin right now, so hoping this holds out for a whole longer. It's interesting...I'm not always getting the green nadirs, but the duration actually seems to be longer recently; his PS numbers always used to be yellow until the last few weeks.
