i didn’t test immediately after (probably should have, silly me) but 30mins later after HC and syrup.. he’s at 83…

I can test in 30 mins again to see what happens as the syrup wears off but I did just give a little MC

I’m willing to see how this plays out in the next few hours and see if we reduce or not (does it work like that or do I have to take the reduction?)

Oh sorry, I should have been clearer. I meant have you tested again, 20 mins after that 36 after HC/honey.
It doesn't look like the 36 was off. I would take the reduction.

I even gave him some MC at 2.75 and he still dropped - I should have checked him sooner though and not waited until +4.5 - I got distracted with a phone call (nobody calls me any more but my parents, lol)

I ended up feeding LC last hour (saw your post late and had already fed him)

He’s now at 65 @+7 … what do you think? LC again or MC?

Well, nothing to prove. Reduction earned. Give him some MC or HC so he doesn't drop too low to shoot at AMPS.

I think HC would abort the cycle and you can call it a night. It's been more than 3 hours since the last high carb.
