Warning - long condo today....
Looks like KT's gonna be pink before he grabs his gold cape again. He's pacing today - not sure what that's about - one end of the house to the other and back....look out windows...pace again...back up on the bed then back down...pace...it's like he's waiting on something. Wish I could understand 'cat'...
I just LOVE having Christmas all year! Yesterday the mailman had to honk again....to deliver 2 boxes of syringes from Marge/Mike/Gracie/Tobey/Gus...you too Teddy!!! THANK YOU!!! BLESS YOU! I thank God each day for such amazing Angels here that helps us keep our WoolyBooger...even when he's a big pink toad!
Lacey's (drooler with CHF/murmur) feeling better with meds - she actually wanted to play with the pups again yesterday. She's just wanted to lay around and sleep the last few days. She's not quite as roly poly so I know some of her fluid is gone. THANK YOU KARRIE!!
Scruffy goes from feeling good and wanting to scout everything outside to climbing on his couch and curling up on his sweater to sleep. Overall as long as I give him meds (THANK YOU AGAIN KARRIE!!!!), he seems to be doing OK. After many years, he's finally decided the litter box is a much better place than outside to do business. Outside gets his feet sandy when he digs. I had to laugh yesterday - he goes out into the yard to his usual outside place, starts to dig then shakes his sandy paw. Move to another place, start to dig then shakes his sandy paw....heads straight back to his room and climbs in the lb. Silly kitty!
Yesterday's shopping trip - my weekly PetSmart trip - I always have to check out any cats they have in the adoption area. I walked down the side aisle then turned and looked into all the cages. There meowing at me was 2 of the most beautiful cats I've ever seen there! Two 9 year old purebreds - one Abssynian, the other a Bengal. The owner passed away - these were both hers, her Russian Blue had just been adopted a few minutes before. I just had to have them open the cages and love on them for a while. They were SO friendly and loving and HEALTHY! Just BEAUTIFUL specially the Abssynian! I so wanted to take both of them home with me. LISA/Do Lou - Oh I wish you were closer!!!! This is what the Abby looked like:
Thoughts and prayers today for Jean's loss of Blaze, continued prayers for Rocket and the rest of our babies having problems. Today I say extra prayers for all of us beans that take care of these fuzzy, feathered and finned babies. WE need them too!
Today my photobucket find is my sleeping twins - KT and Snowshoe. This was a cold day last year - the heater is right next to the corner of the bed. Clickable thumbnail as it's too big to insert the full image.

HUGS to all that visit today - we SO appreciate it more than you'll ever know!!!
