Hi Amy, it's so cute to hear that Trixie jumps onto the counter. She's feeling good and checking oon what the Bean is doing! Curious kitties want to know!

Jumping up on the counter at least shows you Trixie is full of energy and looking at these numbers it's no wonder. Way to go Trixie!
Did you say your house was under renovations for 10 years!

Hoping for sleep! Would Trix not eat out of the autofeeder at all? The compartments do look like a stupid shape and size to me. Vyktor prefers to eat from a fairly flat dish so I'm not sure he will take to it but if I try and add another wake up to take away the food I can see more problems with sleeping through alarms. I am discovering I don't need too much sleep to function but every bean has their limits!

Nice day shaping up for Trixie! How nice that she is jumping up on the counters. She must be feeling really good. Both of our kitties are counter surfers. Turnup likes to sit on top of our double oven which is a huge jump.

Hi guys .. we always knew when mocha was feeling good, because she would jump up to the counter and from the counter to the fireplace .. silly thing is, she never knew how to get down from there .. so she would howl, and howl until rescued! Have a great day!

I have to say, I am thrilled with these numbers! Especially tonight's +2; so often, when we start with a green pre-shot, we also end up with a food spike or even a slow, steady climb. I can't believe she stayed flat tonight. Go, Trixie!!
Iorwen - Yep, we've been under construction for about 10 or so years...kitchen remodel, major addition, master bathroom reno (which has literally been going on for over 4 years now @-) ...) No end in sight...not really the best subject to ask me about these days :roll: :lol: !
Almost all of my kitties are counter surfers; I gave up that battle years ago. A couple of mine will really only drink out of the kitchen faucet...gotta love it! Trix never got into it, though. I'm pretty sure her previous owners smacked her nose when she got on the counters, because the few times I have seen her up there, she ducked her head when I went to pet her :cry: :cry: :cry: . (She was 3 when we got her 7 years ago.) It doesn't matter to us if they get up there...this is just a new thing for Trix to be doing. I wonder where it came from???

Another amazing day for Trixie!!!! She is looking phenomenal.
I think even if you build a house, there are always going to be upgrades, changes, revisions. Otherwise it would be so boring. My parents built an absolutely stunning home but in 20 years, never made any changes to it so when Mom sold it three years after Daddy passed away, she didn't get top dollar because, although it was still gorgeous and pristine, it was not updated.

Very nice numbers for Trixie today!
All of my cats loved the counters, for water, to look outside at the bird feeder, see if there were any good crumbs around. It just drove my sister crazy. It's not like I didn't wash it after the kitties were done. :lol: I wish Daphne could jump, but she is 17, so I guess the floor is about it.
