Good Sunday Morning, Everyone,

We had a "surprise" snowstorm last night: a foot of new, heavy snow (the temp. had risen yesterday to about 30 degrees). The entrance to our house looks like an igloo! My nephew and his friends never did make it here last night because of the snow, but they are supposed to have an early lunch with us today and then we'll all go snowshoeing (if we can get there!).
Rusty had a good night and so far a good morning: 2 installments of breakfast eaten, a good play with Big Bug and the cube, and now is relaxing on his perch above the radiator watching the snow (still falling lightly). All Ps in place.

Sounds like a Currier & Ives snow scene there!! Beautiful!--Hope your nephew makes it there & you enjoy your sunday-Hugs & nice start Rusty man!!

I hope you love all of the snow (I think you do). Sorry your nephew couldn't get there yesterday, and hope you guys get to visit and snowshoe today.

SNOW!!! Yay - and bring on more - well, maybe. Sounds like a winter wonderland - I just love it. Hope you guys do too. affirmative! So sorry that your nephew could not make it yesterday - I do hope he can today.

Nice amps for Rusty today too - it must be so nice to have a kitty that is so regulated, and doesn't bounce through the roof. Maybe Mannie should come over for some lessons.... :lol:

I'm with Michelle, but I think you folks might be getting a little tired of all the snow. So much easier to like it when you are someplace else. :lol:

Glad the AMPS is back down, Rusty is such a good boy. He should give classes to the other kitties

I hope you get enough snow cleared to go snowshoeing. that sounds weird!

Wow - even more snow! I can just imagine your igloo. We got about a half hour of snow yesterday and it all melted immediately, but at least the snow warms it up. :-D It makes me happy to read how well Rusty is doing. I'm so glad you found each other. Have a fun day with your nephew!

Hi Everyone,
Never did get back to this condo today. My nephew & niece- in- law came for lunch and then we had a beautiful snowshoe through woodlands and wetlands (on boardwalks covered in snow). Back to our house in the late afternoon and were joined by their friends (the people they are staying with) for beer and snacks. Rusty worked hard because the friends were "cat-deprived" (they left their cats home to come up to their camp this weekend), so Rusty was the "substitute cat". He was held, cuddled, played with, and generally adored. He was an excellent host. After they left he slept all evening while we cleaned up and watched the SuperBowl.
Now it's almost bedtime.
I'll get in a few condos, but if I miss yours, I'll be back tomorrow.
