Hi LL Family,
I wanted to give you a brief update on Rocket and myself.
January was absolutely crazy for me at work. I didn’t know whether I was coming or going plus the lack of sleep...needless to say I was a mess (I think I’m still a mess)...as per Rocket he cooperated the best he could and he ate his meals the best he could. He has good days and bad days but more good than bad.
I was going to open a condo over the weekend but my hand was too sore and i decided to give it a rest from the pc. I got the steroid injection in my thumb on Wednesday but the liquid only settled over the weekend and the wrist was all swollen. It was quite challenging giving subq and insulin to Rocket and thankfully yesterday evening I was feeling better cause Mr Rocket decided to go low on me and I had to keep testing him and feeding him.....never a dull moment....just when i thought i have a sore throat, itchy ears, my hand is swollen...i could use a nap but Rocket had other plans for me...so no nap and now i’m back to being tired....
Overall he is alert, stays around except when he is not feeling well....i’m trying not to over-analyze it and just go with the flow....but keeping a watchful eye on him. Subq sessions have almost gotten back to normal (the way they used to be before he got sick this last time)....he hasn't lost any weight....so overall he is stable...ANTIJIX ANTIJINX.....
I managed to update his SS up til a week ago...now i’m behind a week...i will update it shortly....
I’m at work and from what i remember his numbers yesterday

Keeping Sid and all kitties in my thoughts and prayers...i’ve been MIA and really feel bad but i’m hoping February will be better for me in terms of workload and the zombie feel.....
