Hello friends. Finally had a quiet day for Bell and I. She is bouncing after that 44 last night. I am hoping for a nice, safe slide down tonight to see what this new dose can do.
I did hear back from the vet tech, who relayed what the vet thought about the weird facial tongue and pawing thing. The vet was surprised since her teeth looked so good during the dental. There is always a chance they cleaned too close to the gumline or that a hair or something got stuck, but I honestly have my doubts about this because it doesn't seem to bother her outside of her grooming after a meal. The vet wants me to bring her in once I'm over covid, but doesn't seem to think it is urgent. Today she didn't do it at all, and I only saw it once yesterday, so I'm still hopeful it just resolves itself.
Outside of that, Bell is eating well, playing hard (ish), and snuggling. I'm excited for her with these reductions, even if she isn't
