Good Morning Beans!
Well, last night was an adventure (cough cough). :YMSIGH: Spent an hour packing up all things diabetic kitty and traveled by car for almost an hour to DBF's house. Kitty cried the WHOLE freaking way (Bashful let Momma Bean know in no uncertain terms that we DO NOT like the cat carrier and we DO NOT like riding in the car! and don't you forget it!!). Mommy Bean may have been almost as stressed out as kitty by the end of that trip. LOL He hid behind the bed for the first hour or two, but eventually came out and got some serious lovies from Mummy and DBF. His numbers, of course, went through the roof due to stress, but he had calmed back down and was okay by this morning with lower numbers back where they've been the last few days (we slept in with him).
On the WCR arena - He ate all his foods last night and as soon as I stirred awake at 5 a.m. this morning (and that wasn't on purpose, mind you) - he was crying at me that his breffie bowl was empty and what was up with dat?
Shot 1.5 again this morning, but agree that probably am going to need to increase it to 1.75. I'll be checking his numbers later tonight and tomorrow, so maybe an increase Saturday night (or Sunday morning) when I have a little more data and can monitor. We'll be out to a function Saturday night, but it's only 10 mins away, so I can come home and check his BG's every 2 hours if I need to.
Is it nap time yet? ;-)
