I ended up sleeping on the couch last night (DH has a terrible cough :sad: ), and I thought for sure Ripley would join me. She didn't. I even picked her up from her rocking chair and brought her over to the couch with me, thinking maybe she didn't know I was there. She went right back to her chair. This is the first time I can think of in all her years that she avoided snuggling with me. I know she's in a different phase in her life now, but I felt so rejected :cry: .

Ok ~ time to change the channel ~ too many sad faces here...
Oh! Ripley did another LB performance in front of me this morning! Another perfect poo! (Thank you, Miralax!) :-D :-D :-D

What a nice blue start today. Ripley well done! Good job on the poo dept too. :-D

Bummer on the no snuggles. Funny sometimes how they can be so finicky. Healing vines to your DH - hope he feels better soon.

Hi Josie, don't feel bad. Sometimes the same thing happens with Mags. I pick her up and bring her to bed; she gives me five minutes, and then back to the living room! :lol: I think she's just not used to you sleeping there. You know cats and their thing on not liking change.

CPC at b'fast and dinner
Sun time in the backyard
Sleeping on her rocking-chair-by-the-heater

All seems to be ok here!

Paws crossed you'll get your snuggles tonight. With Neko it totally has to be her idea to go on a lap or join in bed. And that's hit or miss. I know what you mean, it does feel empty without them there.
