Good day all!

A very nice 146 this AM so hopefully we are back on track with BG.

Morgaine left 2 pees and a poo on the living room rug this AM. I wonder if she is upset that she can't come in the bedroom? I went ahead and ordered the Bissell lightweight steam cleaner that Celi has. I got a great deal since I had some reward dollars for Amazon. Hopefully it will be easy enough for me to manage and I can at least keep up with this if Morgaine continues to do this. It has pretty good reviews and I always have the heavy Hoover for periodic cleaning. This is going to get a daily workout at this rate. If I could I would get rid of the rugs and get tile but I rent and it isn't an option. So, with all the love in my heart for my girl, I will carry on.

Going to visit some condos today. Sending good thoughts, much thanks and healing vines to all in need.

That's great with ordering the Bissell steam cleaner. Those rewards dollars really help. I also order a lot from amazon. Nice blue start of the day, too.

Hope you love your new cleaner! My Hoover is not too heavy, but I know some are. I was pretty sensitive to that since I have RA as well. Nice AMPS for Morgaine! Now use your lb sweet girl. Have a great day Rosalie!

That was quite a drop at +3. I tested twice to make sure. I got a 37 and a 47 but went with the 47 as i think the meter runs a little low but who knows. I will keep a close watch on her all day.

I can't wait to get my hands on the Bissell. It will be here Tuesday.

Melissa, I looked at the Hoover that you have and it is more costly and much heavier. Since I already have a similar product I decided to get the 12 pound Bissell so I won't mind using it every day.

Hooray for Morgaine in the green! I'm sorry about the LB issues -- that must be hard to deal with. I'll be interested to hear how the new cleaner works. Hope you've had a great day, Rosalie.

I am really liking the anti-Icky Poo. It really does seem to eliminate the odor and she hasn't pee'd in the same spots because the anti-icky must repel her. I just bought a 30CC injecter that they suggest you use for carpeting to penetrate the pad under the rug.

And her +5 is 77. Fed her an oz of ff roasted chicken.

Ugh on the lb issues. You have my total sympathy on dealing with that. Hope the new cleaner works well for you. That might be a good idea for us too. Quite a drop but it sure turned into a nice green surf. Well done Morgaine!

Liz, I have been feeding those numbers to keep them from dropping too low. She tends to drop, sometimes, until +6 so we are almost there.

What a great cycle for Morgaine! Good steering Rosalie. I second Celi, I love your attitude and I hope your awesome patience is soon rewarded.

Morgaine did have a lovely run of greens. She was at 141 @+8 so I gave her a couple pieces of freeze dried chicken as +8 is a treat time for her and she expected something. Now we will just relax and give her a break until PMPS time.

Celi and Linda, my attitude is based on great relief and joy that Morgaine's labs were so positive. Whatever her issue with the LB, I do not believe she is intentionally doing this. If it were a human being with incontinence we would just accept and deal with it so why not do the same with Morgaine? I was just reading an article about LB issues and I was floored to read whoever authored it suggesting that if a cat is older and/or declawed and the cat has no medical reason for not using the LB it may be necessary to euthanize. My jaw dropped. i know people do this but some self proclaimed expert writing that in a column many will read just angered me. I contacted the author with my concerns. The author also suggested feeding cats food with whole grains and veggies. I am always appalled at uninformed "experts"! cat(2)_steam cat(2)_steam

This community is so loving and supportive. We are all fortunate to have one another.
 
It really does make you wonder what kind of credentials one has to have to be considered an "expert."

Great numbers for Morgaine today.
 
I agree with Sienne and Liz!! And grrrr to that "expert"!!

What a day for Morgaine...gorgeous surf!!! Hope the Bissell arrives on schedule.
