Today is day 4 at 0.5u

I think I am going to start calling her My Pretty Little Pincushion, poor thing. But she's fairly patient with my seemingly long learning curve for testing.

And just to make it fair, I bent my first needle tonight when tipping the bottle. Got a new one, restarted and after her shot, I pricked myself. Sigh. Nice to know Universe has a sense of humor.

But did you test yourself to see what your blood sugar is? One time Neko's was less than mine. :p

Did you see this post, with some tips on ear care: Testing and Shooting Tips

Ha! Yes, I did test myself - Saturday, I think. Just because I wanted to know and also the experience of it. I was lower, however, not low enough for human standards.

So the last test yesterday, 2-4, went easy with one poke. However I couldn't get a thing this morning 2-5 for AMPS despite my best efforts. I had a right proper frustration vent session to the husband while dishing up breakfast for them. But, I figured with her numbers I was okay to shoot and then tested her when I got home about 2.25 hours after feed and shot. I will post her stuff later today.

I did study the testing and shooting tips page like I was having to pass the BAR exam. (not the one for mixologists, LOL) I thought I was prepared, but by heavens, she's got tough scrappy street-kid ears. Either that or she's got some seriously shy capillaries.

Thank you for the laugh.:joyful: Not laughing at you. Laughing with you, I promise. We’ve all done these things. You are not alone! :bighug::bighug:
