I was feeding him HC yesterday (22%) all night.

I'm just trying to learn shouldn't Pino have earned a reduction on 2-2 during the day cycle since Pino dropped to 38, and then should have reduced during the PM cycle on 2-2?

As Bhooma learned me that was the depot from 3.5U that lasts for 4 cycles. If he drops tonight (5 cycle) he could earn another reduction
