Happy Friday!!!! Sending prayers and healing vines to Sid, Rocket, Morgaine, Bailey (pass that lancet safely!!!), and any others who need them.

Gracie had a lovely green cycle last night but mamabean gave her a little too much 8% at +10.5 so her AMPS was up. Gracie likes to drop 20-40 mg/dl at PS so I usually have to give her some food to get her to surf from +10 to PS...just overdid it today. Sorry baby girl but I know you enjoyed it!! We think it won't be too long here before she is ready for a dosecrease but we're trying to keep her at this dose as long as possible with a little higher %carb LC food so we can keep her in normal numbers and get that liver to relax!!

We took turns doing nighttime checks last night so we are both tired today and spent way too much time dealing with house-painting issues this morning and DM. She is back in AL and is very depressed. I have a call into the doctor to see if she can change her anti-depressant.

Hope you all have a great day. We are going to try and get out for a walk and then I need to go to Costco. Big hugs all around!!

Gracie looks great today. I know what you mean, "tired today", I stayed up till my DH alarm went off at 5AM.

Sorry about your DM, its hard to get those anti-depressants to work right because they all work differently in each person, sounds like what we say about our kitties. But its true. I caught something on the evening news last night about them. I can pm you info if you want that info.

Hope you have a restful day, but I know how hard that is to find. ~O)

It looks like she is over any extra carbs! How about some surfing Gracie?

I hope the doctors can tweak your DM's meds. It can be so hard to get the right balance of non-zombied calm.

Marje, nice cycle there for Gracie now showing her greens. So sorry to hear your DM is back in AL and very depressed. Sending vines for your DM and for her doctors to get her on a good med to help. Enjoy that walk and shopping at Costco.

Thank you all for visiting and your kind words about my mom. We'll get through another hurdle.

Gracie was green all day and then decided for PMPS that she wanted to pop up a bit. I think Mr. L just remembered she got to 40 last night and 44 again today. Hopefully it will be a quick bouncy bounce.

On that note, we are going to go out for dinner!!! BBL!

Gracie's been doing so well lately. You two are doing one hell of a job!!!

I know how much the DM issues are affecting you. I know you'll do exactly what's best. I hope they get her meds working for her as I'm sure it will make a world of difference in her outlook on things, which will change how she acts and reacts to things. Keep your chin up...I'm here for you whenever you need me!!

Thank you Marje. I have her candle burning up on my screen again today but I still keep expecting to see her little feathered head at the back door requesting attention. You are so very thoughtful.

Hope they get DM's meds sorted very soon, it must be horrible for her and for the rest of the family for her to be depressed.
