So I am shocked at the 99 obviously but I found him eating the kittens food. No idea how much but the fact that he ate it, even a couple kibbles, I thought his number would skyrocket. Instead it is 99. I need to set an alarm to test again correct? at what hour?

I would start with a +4 to see if food slowed the drop. Kitten food is often higher fat, not higher carb, but depends which one he ate.

I just did +4 and it is 100

Nice! If it's been a couple hours since he last ate the other cat's food, you are good to go to bed now. You can leave out a little low carb food if you wish.
