Still high for Bell today. Hopefully she'll continue on the trend down tonight and coast into some blues and greens.

I've got company over this weekend, which Bell is enjoying, so I didn't want to increase tonight. We'll let her break this bounce and then evaluate. If she is back up higher tomorrow AM, I'll plan on bumping her up. Still not sure whether to go 0.5 or 0.25, but assuming no greens, I'm guessing 0.5 is the play.

My rule of thumb at this size of dose is whether you are tweaking a dose with some green (smaller increase) or no greens. Show us what you can do Bell!
